Whatt is a fence against a crumbling building where its inhabitants had to flee for their lives from Israeli airstrikes. The fence is the prison imposed on people of Gaza for generations by the world who turn a blind eye on their suffering. The fence is the last frontier of a settler colonial project long sponsored by the West.
